A chance to review why the change in the Fraternity position from sole possession of a defined jurisdiction to multiple possession of the same defined jurisdiction which led to 4 graduate chapters in the city of Chicago. This is also a chance to discuss the 6 graduate chapters in the Chicaago metro area who also operate within the city of Chicago - creating the reality of 11 chapter operating in the same defined jurisdiction of Chicago.
